Dracula the Novel - a spoiler free review

Dracula! When we hear this word the only thing that hits our mind is a clear picture of a vampire with pale skin and big fangs, one who's ready to suck your blood and make you life-less but, is Dracula the first vampire?
The answer is simply 'No' as the first vampire may be traced to Greek Mythology in the story of a young Italian man named Ambrogio and love of his life, Selena. The story includes many features of mainstream vampire tales such as passion, blood-sucking and extreme sun sensitivity.
Dracula is not the first vampire, but he is considered to be the most famous vampire, inspired by Vlad III Dracula also known as Vlad the Impaler.
Now let's talk about the book.
Dracula novel is about Jonathan Harker an English lawyer who plans to meet Count Dracula, a client of his firm so that he can finalize a property deal with him. Then the tragic events takes place as Jonathan realizes that his client is very much strange and then the series of events takes place which makes the book more interesting.
Taking about the point of view, this novel is written in multiple point of view as this book comprises journal entries, letters and telegrams written by the main characters.
The advantage is that we as a reader gets to know what an individual character is thinking and also how the entire thing happens and the group of friends are able to fight this blood-sucking monster is shown in an excellent manner. There are enough twists and turns with some surprises and a fear that grabs the reader's attention.
According to me this Gothic master-piece is worth to read and I highly recommend it.

Are we all programmed!

Welcome everyone!
I am Amit Negi and I'm back with a question today, also I'll give my thoughts about the question that what I think.
Just think about it. I think we humans are programmed for everything we do, from brushing in the morning to getting scared, we are programmed for these habits and reaction. We know that from our very own childhood brushing our teeth is the thing we do first but just imagine if you were told to brush after you've done your breakfast from the very start then the scenario will be totally different. That's how we are being programmed.
now the question is, "Can we change this program?"
Yes we can. It is possible and we can change this program as it becomes our habit in the end and I guess the entire world knows the 21 days habit breaking and habit making rule.
Okay then the next important question is, "Can we change every program?"
Well the answer is quite debatable and according to me the answer is NO, we can't. now before you start thinking let me explain it to you.
A human mind is like a very powerful processor and memory storage at the same time, a processor just executes a program and by program I mean memories and where are these programs and memories are stored? In the BRAIN.
There are many emotions and past memories in our mind and brain which is processed by our brain and here the program plays an important role.
Just imagine you are in your room and you find out out that there's a non venomous snake there and you know that whether it's a venomous snake or not you'll be freaked out at first and just thing why are you scared of snakes even if this one is non-venomous? Because you are programmed like this way from the very beginning, that's why it's not just a fear it's a reaction now.
Fear is learned, it's programmed in our nervous system and this programming is done in our mind from the very beginning, when we were small we were programmed to make ourselves comfortable to this world.
So those were my thoughts on this question, now it's on you. Please tall me what do you think, are we really programmed?
Please Comment you answer and share this if you think it's useful.

What I choose over 600 distributions!

Welcome everyone I'm back with another blog and today I'll share my words about what is good for you if you don't want to use Windows and Macbook is out of your reach.

Now, I am no one to say what to choose and what not but I think my advice can help you to choose the best. Well let's start with students, for students my recommendation is Ubuntu, Ubuntu Mate, Linux Mint, Zorin OS, Manjaro, Pop OS and Elementary OS. If you have a low-end device then my advice is to go with Ubuntu Mate.

Now here all the distributions above are based on Ubuntu except for Manjaro which is based on Arch. I must say Manjaro is a great distribution as it is clean, fast and have everything one needs. However for students studying Computer Science I'll recommend Pop OS. Also I'm excluding MX Linux from the list because we can't install g++ in it and that's a big problem for students as they can't do the C and C++ programming.

Now, What if you have a PC or laptop which is as old as dinosaurs? Is there any distribution for you?

The answer is yes, there are many distributions for specifically old hardware. Great distributions like Puppy Linux, Tiny Core, Lubuntu, LXLE, Linux Lite, Peppermint OS, Bodhi Linux(DON'T GO WITH IT UNTIL IT'S YOUR LAST OPTION) are one of my top picks besides this beautiful distributions like Zorin lite, Manjaro and MX Linux(THE FIRST RANKER IN THE DISTROWATCH, BY THE CHOOSE EIT IF YOU DON'T USE C++ OR C PROGRAMMING) also make there position in my list.
If you want new and updated applications in your old hardware go for Manjaro.

If you want better looks and speed at the same time and want to revive your damn old dying box then go for Zorin lite, MX Linux and Peppermint OS, also consider LXLE(FOR THE WALLPAPERS) and Puppy Linux.
Now, we talked about students and some old guns but if you are a gamer? A hardcore gamer then my first question is What the hell are you doing here? And if you want to try some Linux Gaming then you are not disappointed here. You can use Ubuntu(WHICH IS SUPPORTED BY STEAM OS AND PLAY ON LINUX OFFICIALLY) also you can choose STEAM OS.

Now what if you are not a gamer, student or don't have an old hardware and you are an office guy? Well the question is, "Can't you afford a Windows Product Key or a Macbook?" If the answer is no and you want something new then the question is, "Is Linux any good in this?" The answer is yes. You have a number of options like Ubuntu, KDE Plasma, Debian, OpenSUSE and Linux Mint. These five linux distributions are just perfect.
What if a Windows user is using Linux for the first time and he wants a home like experience here?

Yes you can get it, Linux Mint, Zorin OS, Kubuntu, ChaletOS (looks like WINDOWS LOST BROTHER) are your options and you can check any one of them for your Linux-friendly amd Windows-like experience.

What Linux Distribution I use besides Windows OS?

I use the BackBox OS(Basically Ubuntu + Hacking Tools) I also had options like Kali, Black Arch or Parrot OS but this one is light, fast and have enough tools for me. I've suggested you with the best of distributions available there but now also there's a scary possibility.

WHAT IF ON THIS GREEN AND BLUE EARTH A MAC USER CHOOSE A LINUX?

Well, the answer is yes there is a distribution for Mac users, it's the Elementary OS! The most beautiful OS (Except for Zorin OS and Pop OS which are more like Windows.)
If you want to use Elementary OS then my recommendation is a low-end device like mine and a SSD (THIS IS A MUST!)

So stay tuned for more information and other
stuff, I'll share everything I know and will try to help you.

Time to choose the perfect!

Hello to everyone first, my name is Amit Negi and this is my first blog.

As for my first blog the topic I'm gonna talk about is a little serious, my topic is after Windows 7 what's next? What's better for users? For you and for me. After retirement of Windows 7 my journey with Windows actually came to an end and I had two options either to upgrade to Windows 8 or 10 or either look for another alternative. For me an upgrade was easy and so was to choose an alternative, I also used the Windows 10 OS for three weeks but I was fed up by the update issues. Also the slow boot time, unnecessary notifications, some viruses and the crashing Windows update application forced me to look for an alternative.

Now let me make it clear, I have an i3 7th gen Acer Aspire Laptop and for me a Macbook is both out of question and budget. But shockingly the alternatives were interesting. If you are fed up of Windows, want to try something new and a macbook is out of your reach then I have one word for you and that's LINUX!

Now before we can start let me make it clear I don't hate WINDOWS, I'm just fed of it. Above I shared all the limitations and problems I faced when I was using WINDOWS and also of Macbook (The only limitation of Macbook is that not everyone can afford it!)

Now, what is Linux?

Just like Windows, iOS, and Mac OS, Linux is an operating system. In fact, one of the most popular platforms on the planet, Android, is powered by the Linux operating system.

From smartphones to cars, supercomputers and home appliances, home desktops to enterprise servers, the Linux operating system is everywhere.

Linux has been around since the mid-1990s and has since reached a user-base that spans the globe. Linux is actually everywhere: It?s in your phones, your thermostats, in your cars, refrigerators, Roku devices, and televisions. It also runs most of the Internet, all of the world’s top 500 supercomputers, and the world’s stock exchanges.

But besides being the platform of choice to run desktops, servers, and embedded systems across the globe, Linux is one of the most reliable, secure and worry-free operating systems available.

The thing is Linux is fast, safe, secure and free of cost but if you want rain then you also have to deal with some mud. Although it's fast, safe, secure and free of cost Linux also is not completely perfect. The problem is many Linux distributions are user-friendly and many are not, many are fast, light and need low hardware specifications and many need a high-end hardware. Not only that the thing is there are almost six hundred Linux distributions available, with close to five hundred out of those in active development, that's a very big number and the difficult task for the user is to pick up the best and perfect Linux distribution for himself and believe me,
IT'S NOT AN EASY TASK AT ALL!

Talking about me, I've used for about thirty-three distributions and believe me all of them were good in some aspects and bad in some but for me it was a different experience. From Puppy Linux to Pop OS, from Kali Linux to Backbox OS and from Linux Mint to Peppermint OS I've used everything and I'm going to help you with my Linux experience which will help you to choose the perfect one for yourself.

So stay tuned for more information on Linux distributions and other stuff, I'll share everything I know and will try to help you.

Comment, if you are confused.

Share, if you found this thing useful.

Like, if there's any option like this exists here. (This is my first blog friends, give me some time to adapt and learn.)

Also stay tuned for more and to know which Linux Distribution I use (Yes I am a Linux user and I also use Windows. DUAL BOOT BABY!)

Thanks for reading.
